PAYPAL Procedure:
We do accept PayPal as a form of payment. However, our website does not currently support it. To use PayPal, please set up your account on-line. Then, email or call us to have your account enabled for ordering without a credit card. Once we confirm your account is enabled, log back on and place your order. State you will be using PayPal and send payment to: service@k1cra.com.
Credit Card Processing:
As our website is automated, submitting your order will cause your credit card to be charged immediately regardless of product availability! Fear not! If we can not provide a particular item, you will receive a full refund.
Item Availability:
Please note that some items we sell MAY be shipped (drop shipped) direct from our suppliers. This may impact delivery time to you but in most cases will mean fastest delivery and lowest prices. We strive to have all products on hand at all times. However, due to varying demand and supplier availability, some items may not be in stock. If it is listed on our site, we will either have it for immediate shipment or will have it for shipment within a reasonable amount of time. In some cases, we may not be able to fulfill your order if our suppliers can not supply it to us. If we can not provide a particular item, you be offered the opportunity to remain on back order or receive a full refund.
Shipping:
We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day when possible but make no guarantees as to shipping or delivery times. Please plan ahead and be reasonable in your expectations of us. Selecting and paying for express shipping does not necessarily mean it will ship the day you place your order. Please call us before ordering if time specific delivery is required. We are at the mercy of UPS, FedEx and The U.S. Postal Service. We can always prove shipment but once your order leaves our facility, it is no longer in our control. We reserve the right to select an alternate delivery service regardless of your selection.
Lost or Damaged Items:
We properly package all items. If an item we ship goes missing or arrives damaged PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY! Communicate with them before contacting us. We highly recommend insurance and signature required for delivery on all shipments.
Returns:
All returns must be authorized in advance and a restock fee applies for all returns of items simply no longer wanted. We do not refund original shipping costs as these are fees we paid out to ship and can not recover. Some products can not be returned under any circumstances or require special handling instructions. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM. Items returned without authorization WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
